It’s the new year again. Jeff got sick then I got sick. However it was a little cold for me. I was well in 4 days.

I am back on the weight loss band wagon again. I gained some weight during vacation and then I wasn’t good till Jan 1. So far so good. I have been sticking to the plain. Again I will try to read more books this year. I did pretty good last year. I would like to do more writing as well. I also want to be better for my youtube channel. I want to release more videos.

This weekend I am changing my hair color again. I will put my new color next post.
